“Zoe is the most professional, caring and helpful and infectious person you could meet and she is always there for you whether it's a simple query or just double checking final preparations for your holiday. She is very tenacious in ensuring holiday companies follow through and chases them down as required. On a personal note, we as a family would like to thank her for everything she does for us, above and beyond where other companies fail.”
